In a dome greenhouse outside Berga farm in Haninge is Svensk Aquaponik. Inside, tropical fruits and plants such as vanilla, bananas, papaya, allspice, cardamom, cinnamon and many other plants are grown in two closed aquaponic systems. In the greenhouse, Tilapia fish naturally provide the plants with nutrients with the help of a few Pacu.
Björn Oliviusson runs Svensk Aquaponik based on his deep expertise in water purification and aquaponics. Svensk Aquaponik offers this knowledge through consulting services, training and research collaborations and also sells fruits and leaves from the cultivation.
In addition, interested groups are welcome to visit the greenhouse.
